Hydrofan HE

WATERBORNE, a compact system with slightly over 60 tinters in 0,25, 0,5, 1-liter cans, with a refined first assortment volume for the production of metallic, pearl, and solid colors.

MACROBASE SYSTEM

Composed of 26 concentrated tinters (MACROBASE) and 5 specific binders to obtain over 15.000 finishing solid colors with different performance (UHS, and 1K nitro-acrylic ) and effects (gloss, matt, texture).

A practical and compact system in order to select the suitable filler colour according to the topcoat colour, to optimise consumption.

What is Lechler Hydrofan HE

A basecoat color system to obtain two-coat colors of cars, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles. An innovative system presented in practical packaging ensuring an excellent final result and the improvement of the work processes.

Hydrofan HE Basecoat has been chemically improved to make the daily practice of the repair processes in the car body shops faster and easier.

One single tintometric system with two application methods. According to the repair, it is possible to choose the most efficient application method between the STANDARD process and the HIGH-EFFICIENCY process, which under special conditions allows you to reduce product consumption and times.

Lechler Hydrofan has a reliable colorimetry of over 35.000 original colors which can be reproduced.

Hydrofan HE System

A compact system with slightly over 60 tinters in 0,25, 0,5, 1 litre cans, with a refined first assortment volume for the production of metallic, pearl and solid colours. The limited number of tinters and the small pack size allow a rapid tinter rotation.

The Hydrofan HE Basecoat tinters are contained in the innovative packs Hydro-bottles, and very unique, they do not need to be mixed. (just a 10-second shake by hand)

Hydro-bottles are fitted with a self-cleaning cap Quick-Dosing System, allowing you rapid dosing from 0,1 until a few hundred color grams. They are ready for use for an easier color preparation, without any addition of additives or binders.

Benefits of Hydrofan HE

It is practical: it does not require any stirring on the machine nor any addition of binders or hardeners.
It is easy to apply: it can be easily worked also by painters with less experience and with traditional equipment.
It is flexible: it can be applied in the traditional way or with two consecutive coats without flash-off.
It is rapid: very fast flash-off making it easy to sand if needed or masked with an adhesive tape for more than 1 color.
It has a reliable colorimetry of over 35.000 original colors which can be reproduced.

A system giving added value to your work

The modular completion for the solid colours.

It is a polyvalent, rational and modular tintometric system to produce finishes and primer fillers with different characteristics and performance. It is composed of 31 concentrated tinters (MACROBASE), 5 specific binders to obtain gloss, matt and effect solid finishes and other 5 binders for the production of coloured primer fillers/primers of different type and quality.

It is a tintometric system composed of 26 concentrated tinters (MACROBASE) and 5 specific binders to obtain over 15.000 finishing solid colours with different performance (UHS, and 1K nitro-acrylic ) and effects (gloss, matt, texture).

Clearcoats

A complete high-performance product range, compliant with directives on emissions into the atmosphere, available as UHS solvent-based products (MACROFAN line) as well as waterborne products (HYDROFAN line), to obtain gloss, semi-gloss, matt and scratch-resistant finishes. Useable with forced drying and air drying processes.

NoLimits Efficiency (15-25-35°C). 2:1 HI-Tech UHS Clearcoat This is suitable when you require the maximum flexibility under all application conditions with a high-quality aesthetical aspect but also quick drying result.

MC405 MACROFAN POWER UHS CLEARCOAT
Rapid profit. UHS 2:1 clearcoat with POWER technology. It is the ideal product when the maximum profit is demanded in term of aesthetical aspect and application.

MC450 MACROFAN AUTOGARD UHS CLEARCOAT
Highest protection and quality. A UHS 2:1 clearcoat based on special polymers giving anti-scratch characteristics and an excellent aesthetical aspect.

Ready for use HS clearcoats with different gloss (about 10 and 30 gloss) mixable with each other to obtain in-between gloss.

Primer fillers and primers

The range is completed with a wide offer of solvent-based or waterborne primer fillers and primers with different performance levels, available in white, grey and black version, to satisfy all needs of the different repair processes and working methods. The innovative MACROFAN range and the classic GREEN-TI provide an answer to any need.

EL085 Energy Spray Line UHS Fade-Out-Blender
Blender for shades. A specific product to make UHS enamels and clearcoats shades uniform when fading out.

Universal hardeners and thinners

Dedicated to rationalizing hardener and thinner use, in order to minimize/reduce stocks and to remove any possible errors of dosing. All products use the same hardeners as the UHS series (MH100 series) or HS (00174 - 00362 - 00379) and Autorefinish thinners (00740 - 00741- 00742 - 00755). All products comply with the Directive 2004/42/CE/IIb (d) (540).

Paint & Color Management Software It is the multipurpose software, designed to optimise performance and profitability of distributors and endusers. It allows the management of formulas, dosing of tinters and paints, the management of work orders, the print of labels and safety data sheets, the display of product information and stock management. It allows a rapid update via internet of all technical and safety information as well as colour and product formulas.

Colour Match Easy

Color Match is the new automatic formula system of Lechler based on a multiangle reading spectrophotometre and dedicated software making the colour detecting and correction fast, safe and effective even for the most difficult colours.
